Our Story
During the time when people were thinking about spending time in a better place with family and friends, within the presence of coffee smell and in front of sweets, there was a need for a new concept and the first sweet shop called “Mondo Coffee” was opened. Until 2013 the concept Coffee Shop was not present in Kosovo, so “Mondo Coffee” was opened, mixing the smell of baked coffee with dough covered with Belgian chocolate and from our product that year in 2013 is was called “Mondo Cakery”.
Our Approach
We proved with some products from our production “Mondo Cakery”
French Macarons, Belgian Praline, French soufflé served with Italian ice cream, American cheesecake, Croissant, Mondo Cake with a patent recipe from our technologist, etc.
